A popular Bengali sweet delicacy, Rasmalai is one such dessert that is loved and savored on all occasions. Loved by all, it is one of the most relished sweets during the festive days. Though we all love it and want to prepare it at home, the exotic nature of this dish makes us skeptical about the complexity of preparing the dish at home. But no worries! Here is an easy and quick way to make yummy Rasmalai at home whenever you desire it.

Ingredients:
● Sugar – 2 cups or 300 grams
● Water – 1 liter
● Paneer – 300 grams mashed
● Cardamom or Elaichi Powder – ½ tsp
● Saffron or Kesar – 8 to 10 strands
● Pista – 10 to 12 chopped
● Nestlé MILKMAID – ½ tin
● Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk – 600 ml or 4 cups
Recipe:
Step 1: Take paneer and gently mash it for around 5 minutes. Keep mashing and make dough out of it.
Step 2: Take a pan and add water to it. Add in sugar as well. Bring the mixture to a boil to make syrup for Rasmalai.
Step 3: Take paneer dough and prepare small balls from it. Then flatten them. Keep adding them to the boiling sugar syrup. Cook them for about 10 minutes. Keep the flame on medium heat. Once done, remove the balls and place them aside. Let them cool.
Step 4: Now, take a pan and add Nestlé MILKMAID and Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk in it. Bring it to a boil and let it reduce to half of its quantity. Now, switch off the flame. Put some cardamom powder and saffron in it. Mix them well and let them cool.
Step 5: Now remove the rasgullas from the syrup. Then squeeze it gently to eliminate the syrup. Now, keep adding them in the saffron ras.
Step 5: Lastly, it’s time to relish. So serve this rasmalai chilled, and do not miss garnishing it with some pistachios or desired toppings.
